We know that plans can change! Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked. Our best flexible daily rate usually allows a cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. There is a public underground parking garage directly below our hotel where you can park your car for €30.00 per day (subject to availability). The underground parking garage also has two Tesla and seven electric charging stations. Charging your electric car is free of charge for all hotel guests as well as conference and restaurant guests. We cannot reserve parking spaces in our garage.
We offer a discounted breakfast for €14.00 per day per child aged between 6 and 12. Children under 6 years have breakfast free of charge.
On request, we can prepare a baby crib free of charge for our double room categories and above.
Some of our suites have space for an extra bed (90x200cm) and a baby crib. Some of our deluxe double rooms are equipped with sofas, which we can also set up for children (lying area: 160x180cm). For this we charge a surcharge of 80,00 € per night.

The Platzl Hotel is delighted to offer guests a variety of culinary experiences. We have two restaurants, the Wirtshaus Ayinger am Platzl and the Fine Dining Restaurant Pfistermühle, as well as an outdoor bar and an indoor bar.The Pfistermühle restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 11:00 pm. The Ayinger Wirtshaus am Platzl is open daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, and we also recommend the nearby Ayinger Restaurant in der Au.

Our conference rooms are suitable for a wide range of events, from large events and small celebrations to conferences, seminars, meetings and team events. Depending on the room chosen and the configuration required, the capacity ranges from 8 to 150 eoples. The Kreszenz⁴- Der Saal in Marias Platzl is also ideal for large events.
