The hotel Marias Platzl and the inn Ayinger in der Au are the two youngest members of the Platzl family, which has quite a long tradition in Munich. We would love to briefly present our ensemble to you:

OUR NEW LITTLE SISTER "MARIAS PLATZL"

Location: Au-Haidhausen, at the Mariahilfplatz
The grandmother of the Platzl owner, Maria Kreszenz Inselkammer, inspired the name of our new branch
Our motto of the little PLATZL: “A love of hops and a sense of home” describes the love of beer on the one hand - represented by AYINGER IN DER AU
Guests at MARIAS PLATZl should feel “at home” thanks to the Munich hospitality
With 34 rooms, the hotel will be a small but mighty addition to the Platzl ensemble in the heart of the old town

In 2017, the restaurant Pfistermühle was completely renovated. It presents itself now with a timeless décor that combines modern comfort with a sense of tradition. The cuisine is creative and sophisticated, innovative and Bavarian. Using seasonal treasures of the region, it’s handicraft at the highest level.

Wirtshaus Ayinger am Platzl

Sometimes, it just has to be something hearty! At the inn “Wirtshaus Ayinger am Platzl” right next to the Platzl or directly at the hotel, your wish is their command: Hearty Bavarian food, yet cuisine at the highest level. Enjoy it with a cool beer by the family-run brewery “Ayinger Privatbrauerei” and experience the traditional Bavarian inn atmosphere.
