Heading from Platzl Hotel to Bavarian State Opera
The Platzl Hotel ist just a three-minute walk from the Opera in Munich. Follow Sparkassenstraße until you turn left into Pfisterstraße, then turn right into Hofgraben and you will see the Bavarian State Opera on the opposite side of Maximilianstraße.
If you decide to have a fine dinner at the Pfistermühle, just around the corner from the Platzl Hotel, you can easily get to the Opera from there via Falkenturmstraße. At the end of the street, turn left into Maximilianstraße and walk straight on to Max-Joseph-Platz.
