As the last leaves fall from the trees and the temperatures drop, we gradually prepare for the coming winter. The first preparations are already being made in the Munich old town for this cosy time of year: The Christmas tree outside the town hall has already been put up and the first Christmas markets began this weekend. This increases our anticipation of greeting the snow with a spiced mulled wine and hot chestnuts. The city of Munich has plenty to offer for a varied winter.
