Room rates are quoted per room per night and include a service charge for buffet breakfast, the use of the recreation area Moorish Kiosk including fitness equipment and the Internet-Terminal in the hotel lobby, international TV programs (Movies on demand at charge) WIFI and LAN service free of charge as well as V.A.T. and service.

The rooms are available for check-in after 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 p.m. We try to take individual wishes, such as non-smoking rooms or wheelchair accessible rooms, into consideration.
Pets are welcome. We will charge 25.00 EUR extra for your entire stay.
The hotel has an underground garage with approximately 80 parking spaces. The price is 19.00 EUR per day. Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved ahead of time.
