Airlines and Flights - Reception will reconfirm your overseas flights for you or change your flight reservations if you wish. Flights within Europe do not need to be reconfirmed.

Air Condition - The Air Condition can be controlled manual in all rooms.

Airport - You can reach the airport very easily by public transport. The nearest station to the Hotel, the "Marienplatz", is within just 4 minutes walking distance. The travelling time is 37 minutes . Tickets are available at Reception. A taxi to the airport is about € 60.00 one way and needs between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Answering machine - All guest telephones have their own answering machine. For instructions please press the message button and follow the guidelines.

Babysitting - If you request a babysitter, please advise in advance.

Bank and Money Exchange  - Traveller's Cheques and Foreign Currency can be exchanged at Reception. The nearest Cash Machine is on the corner Sparkassenstrasse / Im Tal.

Banqueting & Conference Rooms - Ask for the extensive banqueting folder or call the Banqueting Department directly, Tel. -789 or -710. The Hotel has availability about different conference rooms with a capacity to 140 people.

Bathrobes - All rooms are provided with a bathrobe in your wandrobe.

Bed Linen will be changed daily on request.

Blankets and pillows for allergy sufferers - We keep special blankets and pillows for you. Please contact reception.

Breakfast - The sumptuous buffet breakfast is offered on the first floor in the Platzl-Stube from 06.30 a.m. until 11.00 a.m., on Sundays and holidays until 12.00 a.m.. If you prefer to take breakfast in your room please inform reception.

Check-out - The check-out time is 12.00 a.m.. If you request the room for late departure, please contact Reception as early as possible. The room charge for day-use until 6 p.m. is € 70.00 for Single and € 100.00 for Double Room.

Credit Cards - We accept the following Credit Cards: American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard/Access, Diners Club and Visa.

Complaints - Please feel free to tell us your opinion or suggestions of how we can make our hotel service more comfortable for you. Please contact the Management or Reception. If you encounter any problems during your stay please contact us as soon as possible so that we can solve the problem immediately.

Doctors/Pharmacies - Should you feel unwell or be in need of medical assistance or a pharmacy, please call the reception desk. An English-speaking doctor is on call 24 hours.
