Amarone from Allegrini is history, passion and project. It is a red wine of great meaning and unique character. It is characterized by rich bodyness, intensity and elegance.

The Amarone is produced by the thousand-year old “APPASSIMENTO” method. The dried grapes are de-stemmed after a rest period of three to four months and pressed gently. The following fermentation occurs at 20 to 30 ° C over a period of 16 days, while the must is circulated daily. In April, the wine is decanted into barrels made of French oak and extended for 36 months. The bottle maturation is 18 months.
