Holiday on Ice: Tropicana – A Journey through America (Olympic Hall in Munich, February 03 – 13, 2011)
The famous figure skating show Holiday on Ice is going to take place in Munich’s Olympic Hall with the new show “Tropicana” in February. The audience will experience an exciting journey through the continent of America. Acrobatic figure skating, colorful and creative costumes and a huge LED screen let the audience be immersed in different worlds and show all facets of the continent.
Magnifico (Marquees in front of the shopping center Riem Arcaden in Munich, February 08 – March 13, 2011)
The famous Austrian artist, author, singer and actor André Heller tours through Germany, Austria and Switzerland with his new revue Magnifico. The show lets its visitors experience a combination of acrobatics, dance eccentrics, shadow players, clowns, musicians and mimes. In the focus of the show is the horse, which serves as the inspiration for the various scenes of the 100 minute show.

Air & Style (Olympic Stadium in Munich, February 12, 2011)
On of the most famous snowboard events – Air & Style – has a new main sponsor and returns back to Munich this February after three years’ absence. A 40 meters high kicker in the Olympic Stadium in Munich will ensure that the audience will see breathtaking jumps of the world’s best snowboarders. In addition to the jumps, there are also several live acts, such as the band “Sum 41″ which will heat up the crowed in the stadium.
Snow City (Wittelsbacher Platz – February 04 – 20, 2011)
Along with the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in Garmisch-Partenkirchen Siemens brings skiing action to center of Munich. Even if the twelve meters high and 63 meters long ramp allows only some short turns – entertainment for the whole family will be guaranteed due to an extensive program and an après-ski hut.

Cornelius Völker (Museum Villa Stuck in Munich, February 17 – May 08, 2011)
In collaboration with the Wilhelm-Hack-Museum Ludwigshafen and the Von der Heydt-Museum (Kunsthalle Barmen) Wuppertal the Villa Stuck will be the first museum which shows a comprehensive exhibition of the work of Cornelius Völker. His works of art represent trivial everyday situations which are painted remarkable.
