WEDNESDAY

Saddle of pork under a crispy cheese crust with white wine sauce

Bavarian ox haunch
with red wine–honey sauce, sweet ´n sour, with red cabbage and two kinds of dumplings

Breaded veal escalope fried in butter with French fries

Saddle of suckling pig, glazed with herbs and cellar beer, Sauerkraut and pretzel dumplings

Perch- and salmon dumplings with a fried scampi on a potato – vegetable – ragout
